Medicine Hat Adaptive Sport and Recreation (MHASR) is a chapter organization of the Alberta wide non-profit called The Paralympic Sports Association (PSA) ! Its goal is to bring adaptive sport and recreation opportunities to individuals with or without a disability living in Medicine Hat and area so that all people can be active together!

SUMMER CAMP AT HOME IDEAS
We know that many families are on the look out for things to do this summer. During the Pandemic we were able to build kits for families to do and although that time has come and gone we wanted to share the resources that we put together that can still be done with a trip to the dollar store or your craft cupboard!
