Sledge Hockey - Youth Team
(Sundays)
WHAT: Sledge hockey is the same rules as "stand-up" hockey but played with a piece of equipment called a sled. Individuals hold small hockey sticks with metal picks on the end which they use to move around the ice. We strongly encourage both individuals WITH and WITHOUT disabilities to participate at the grassroots level as it is a great sport for anybody looking for a fast paced and fun new sport to try! Adaptive Crossfit (Mondays)
WHAT: Adaptive functional movement program for individuals with disabilities.

BOCCIA (Tuesdays)
WHAT: Boccia is a Paralympic sport that is based off of the Italian game "Bocce". Boccia is adapted so all ages and individuals can participate. Individuals will learn new skills, proper technique and different strategies to take down your opponent. Boccia is a fun strategic game that forces you to be precise! Adaptive Curling
(Thursdays)
WHAT: Adaptive curling is a challenging, fun strategic team sport.
